Michele has been making clients feel their best for over 30 years, and became a part of our Hot Heads Team in 2008. Her education in the beauty industry started in Long Island, New York. She is certified in the Brazilian Keratin Treatment and has advanced training in color, precision cutting, and styling. She listens to her clients and gives them the care and attention they deserve. Michele is very creative and can help you achieve the results you are looking for.

Rachael Pauline attended The Hair Institute of Toronto and moved to South Florida in 2000, where she began her career in the beauty and fashion industry. She specializes in precision cutting, creative and corrective color. With her artistic vision and attention to detail, she enjoys working with clients to come up with styles individualized to their needs. She is trained in Pivot Point cutting techniques, a Florida Board Certified Colorist and also specializes in Keratin Treatments. A master in her craft, she keeps up with the latest techniques and hair trends as they appear on the fashion scene. Her career and credentials are the very reason as why she is a true Hair Artist!

Brittney has been in the beauty industry for over ten years. She has continued her ongoing educational classes to ensure she is on the cutting edge of the newest trends, while maintaining excellence in balayage, keratins, hair coloring, hairstyling, and cutting. Her favorite has been mastering the art of blonding. Brittney takes pride in her work, because to her it’s not only just doing hair, she genuinely wants her clients to leave feeling amazing, after all isn’t your hair one of your greatest accessories.
