Michele has been making clients feel their best for over 30 years, and became a part of our Hot Heads Team in 2008. Her education in the beauty industry started in Long Island, New York. She is certified in the Brazilian Keratin Treatment and has advanced training in color, precision cutting, and styling. She listens to her clients and gives them the care and attention they deserve. Michele is very creative and can help you achieve the results you are looking for.

Rachael Pauline attended The Hair Institute of Toronto and moved to South Florida in 2000, where she began her career in the beauty and fashion industry. She specializes in precision cutting, creative and corrective color. With her artistic vision and attention to detail, she enjoys working with clients to come up with styles individualized to their needs. She is trained in Pivot Point cutting techniques, a Florida Board Certified Colorist and also specializes in Keratin Treatments. A master in her craft, she keeps up with the latest techniques and hair trends as they appear on the fashion scene. Her career and credentials are the very reason as why she is a true Hair Artist!

Starting her career in Vancouver Canada, Natalie has been a licensed hairstylist for over 20 years. Her training began at the Vidal Sassoon Academies in Santa Monica, Chicago US, London UK, and Munich Germany. During this time she also worked for Joico as a Color Technician teaching in salons. Moving to Chicago in 2008, she then focused her training at the Bumble&Bumble University in New York and quickly became a Network Educator for them. After 4 years of traveling back and forth, she moved to New York and found herself working in Soho. There she was the Creative Color Director for the in-salon academy training assistants. 3 years later Natalie would move to Puerto Rico and was a salon consultant. 5 years ago she made South Florida her permanent home. Natalie is a Master Stylist at Hotheads and specializes in designing a personal color based on the clients' skin tone and eye color. Her approach is to make her clients look modern without looking like they are trying too hard.

Up-to-date looks, short hair cuts, keratin treatments, and total transformations are Natalie’s expertise.

April LaPlante started her career in Montreal, Canada. After moving to the United States, she attended Palm Beach State College. She further continued her education in our salon with the latest Wella trends and color techniques. Whether you want a contemporary classic cut or a funky avant-garde style, you are sure to be pleased with the experience you have with April as well as the result.

Brittney has been in the beauty industry for over ten years. She has continued her ongoing educational classes to ensure she is on the cutting edge of the newest trends, while maintaining excellence in balayage, keratins, hair coloring, hairstyling, and cutting. Her favorite has been mastering the art of blonding. Brittney takes pride in her work, because to her it’s not only just doing hair, she genuinely wants her clients to leave feeling amazing, after all isn’t your hair one of your greatest accessories.

Celina has had a passion for beauty and health since her childhood. Her influence of art has lead her to a 20 year career as a professional in the Hair Industry. Celina specializes in razor cuts and keeps up with the latest trends to give you the look you want. She has mastered hair cutting techniques from long to short styles. Celina is passionate about hair color and coloring techniques, such as grey reduction, foil highlights and lowlights and hair painting. She believes in continual education and places high value on listening to her clients and understanding their needs. In her spare time, she enjoys nature and creating one of a kind jewelries.

Kelly is a native Floridian with a passion and enthusiasm for the industry, she began with a fascination for hair color. Kelly's education spans from cosmetology at Palm Beach State College, to advanced education with Wella, Redken, and Paul Mitchell. Kelly is dedicated to her career, participating in charity events and fashion shows, attending classes and hair shows, and pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Stephanie was born and raised here in South Florida. She prides herself on her continuous education with Wella and Sebastian. She always has new and trendy ideas, keeping her clients looking their best. She excels in all types of hair, consulting with each client on the perfect style and color that suits their lifestyle.

Josephine is one of our newer stylists. She has been in the hair industry since 2014, graduated from hair school at Palm Beach State college in 2018 and began her career as a stylist! Josephine follows the new and upcoming trends while mostly specializing in blonding and balayage. She is very detail oriented and takes the time to make her clients feel their best. Josephine is also certified in Keratherapy Keratins and hoping to continue her certifications for other skills. She is always looking for the next best techniques and takes continuing education classes with Wella , Keratherapy, Behind the Chair and many other companies constantly. I am a native Floridian. I was born and raised in South Florida. I graduated with my cosmetology license from Palm Beach State College. I’ve been a licensed hairstylist for almost 6 years. I specialize in color such as balayage, foilyage and I also specialize in keratins. I love making people look and feel great! And am passionate in my work!

As a master of the art of hair, from Hair Extensions, Keratin Treatments, & Bombshell Blowouts, she feels it's like second nature to completely transform a client's hair into the crown she can proudly wear every day. She highly recommends Hair Botox as a deep condition treatment that combats humidity-induced frizz (Florida!) and tames thick hair into lustrous tresses. Patricia has been in the hair industry for over 34 years and is a recipient of the Best Hair Educator Award. This is her fourth season at Mar-a-Lago and added to her credits are Plitzs New York Fashion Week Hair Director, and Private Celebrity Stylist of West Palm Beach.
